Terms of Use
These terms describe the conditions for using ImgPocket's website and image tools.
Effective date: November 5, 2026
1. Using ImgPocket
ImgPocket provides browser-based tools for image compression, resizing and conversion. You may use the tools for lawful personal or commercial purposes, provided you have the necessary rights to the images you process and comply with applicable laws.
2. Your images and rights
You retain whatever rights you have in your original images and resulting files. ImgPocket does not claim ownership of images you process. Our tools are designed to process selected image files locally in your browser, not by uploading them to our servers for image conversion.
3. Accuracy and suitability
Image quality, output file size, format compatibility and dimensions may vary by source file, browser and device. Results are not guaranteed to meet a particular website's, employer's, examination body's or government agency's requirements. You are responsible for reviewing your output before submitting or using it.
4. Prohibited activity
Do not use the website to violate the rights of others, break applicable laws, interfere with the service, or attempt to compromise its security or availability.
5. Service availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features without advance notice. The tools are provided on an “as available” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ImgPocket is not responsible for losses arising from unavailable services, failed conversions, altered image quality or rejected submissions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. External services and links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. Their content and policies are controlled by their respective operators.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
